Artist’s Note

I want to bottle a frozen, cold moment in time.

These are the colors and shapes I see when I close my eyes before bed these days.
They come to me in a variety of shapes, textures, and colors.One day,
when time stops, I will close my eyes again in silence.

I want to see this rather than regret and recall painful memories.
I want it to be the last memory that never fades away.

This world is beautiful enough to be remembered for its colors and shapes.
