Temptation of lotus leaves

Artist’s Note

Lotus leaves make colorful flowers in messy places.
The world concentrates on that gorgeous flower,
but I want to look at the lotus leaf,
which overcame the burning pains of the midsummer sun,
as the main character to make it bloom.
It is the image of parents to pass on from generation to generation,
and it is Mother Nature’s instinct.
I want to remember that existence with a special color that I can give.
