Jennifer Lee Joins the International Contemporary Art Exhibition ‘IDENTITY’ in Seoul
The international contemporary art exhibition “IDENTITY” was held at the Insa Art Center in Seoul from September 3 to 8, 2025. Co-hosted by K-Art International and Musa International (Italy), the event served as a cultural platform where Eastern and Western artists came together under the shared theme of identity.

Among the Korean participants, Do Jo-joong drew attention for his pioneering Earth Painting technique using soil as a medium, while Oh Ji-yoon presented abstract works inspired by nature and spirituality. Jennifer Lee exhibited three works that employed ultraviolet-reactive pigments, creating visual experiences that revealed hidden layers of light and color beyond the spectrum visible to the human eye.

The exhibition also featured internationally acclaimed artists with Venice Biennale experience, including Ukrainian painters Natalia Revoniuk and Odarka Pisna, German artist Patrizia Casagranda, British artist Pete Codling, Japanese painter Atsushi Ohta, and Uruguayan artist María Bazzini. Their participation added significant weight to the event’s global scope.
Curator Natalia Gryniuk emphasized that the exhibition was “not merely a display of works, but a platform to address the universal question, ‘Who are we?’ through artistic language,” highlighting the importance of exchange between Korean and international artists.
Concluding on September 8, the exhibition left a strong impression as an international stage where Korean contemporary art intersected with the wider global art scene.
