Artist’s Note

Her smile, that simple, beautiful little petal.
This moment that comes to me again and again this year.
But,
her existence is to walk her path
Behind her beauty and nobility that caught my eye.
A deadly temptation lurks.

Two or three years ago I started making my own paints, adding fluorescent pigments
adding fluorescent color pigments that react to ultraviolet light.
I want my artwork to be appreciated not only through the universal human perspective,
I try to imagine the perspective of other beings who can see ultraviolet light.
One day, if I have the opportunity, I would like to hold an exhibition utilizing ultraviolet light.
