Artist’s Note

On a warm afternoon, the missed blossoms came to me in abundance.
In the past, we had countless bittersweet partings,
but this time, I can never let her go.
I unfolded the easel and lifted the brush to preserve her on the canvas.
And I sing a song, a serenade of love for her…
Now, the crimson translucent petals dance.
A dazzlingly beautiful fantasy of youthful days!
That way, she came to me and remained by my side.
I sing, and she dances.
